Job Title: Apartment Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apartment Manager with Facility Management experience to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex.
  • They will ensure that the apartment is well-maintained and fully leased and that residents are satisfied with their living experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to ensure high occupancy rates and retention of guests
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartments, including maintenance, and guest relations
  • Conduct regular apartment inspections to ensure that the apartment is well-maintained
  • Manage and supervise all on-site staff, including maintenance personnel, leasing agents, and administrative staff
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and respond promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Enforce lease agreements and take appropriate legal action when necessary
  • Prepare and manage the apartment budget, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing and maintenance activities
  • Attend to emergencies and other urgent issues that may arise at the apartment.
  • Creating and managing online listings including Airbnb and other relevant platforms
  • Optimising pricing and occupancy rates to maximise revenue Responding to guest inquiries and booking requests Coordinating guest check-in and check-out
  • Managing cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Conducting regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained
  • Handling guest complaints and issues
  • Providing local recommendations and advice to guests
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on local rental market trends
  • Managing and overseeing a team of cleaners, maintenance workers, and other contractors as needed
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting to property owners
  • Providing regular reports and updates to property owners
  • Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction to ensure positive reviews and repeat bookings. 99% 5-star reviews are a must

Requirement

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, leasing, maintenance, and customer service.

Remuneration
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
