Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Ago Palace and Bariga - Lagos
Mode of Work: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Food Science or related course
- Candidate must possess 3 years and above experience in retail/food industry
- Understanding of bakery and production processes
- Must have good knowledge of quality control and assurance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details
- Candidates should be willing to work on Saturdays.
