We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their talent needs and to ensure their needs and goals are met.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from screening and sourcing to interviewing and final offer negotiation
• Team management: motivate and coach team members with effective leadership styles.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in HR/Recruitment functions, including over 2 years in a consulting firm.
• Strong leadership and clear communication style with different levels of staff and managers
• Good time management, problem analysis, and solving ability
• Proactive, mature, attention to detail, and results-oriented.

Gross Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly
