Job Title: Poultry Farm Supervisor

Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

• Supervise farm operations and activities within the poultry section.
• Create weekly budgets and analyze expenditures
• Maintain accurate daily records of farm inputs and outputs
• Identify prospective customers and introduce farm products to them
• Take monthly stock of live birds
• Keep track of medication and vaccination schedules and administer medications to birds as and when due
• lnitiate purchase for feeds and other farm input when items are at minimum level
• Ensure on-time delivery of farm products to costumers
• Maintain consistent communication daily with the manager and directors about the farm’s activities, challenges and recommend solutions
• Provide daily farm records to the manager and director
• Prepare monthly reports showing income and expenditure
• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of farm equipments and tools
• Ensure farm policies and procedures are followed by employees.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
