Job Title: Female Airbnb / Serviced Apartment Manager

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja

Job Description

• Manage the marketing of the apartment to grow reservations, ensuring the AirBnB platform has exceptional pictures and descriptions
• register the apartment on OTA's and channel managers like booking.com, expedia etc
• Answer guest questions and meet with guests to exchange keys at the beginning of stays
• Hires individuals to perform maintenance, and must be available to handle any emergencies when guests are staying.
• Maintain a calendar of reservations to prevent double-bookings
• Clean apartment, restock necessities and explain house rules to new guests

Requirements

• A Diploma holder or a Degree holder
• Ability to communicate properly
• Experience working in a hotel, or for a property management company can be helpful.

Remuneration

• N50,000 Monthly.
• Recharge card allowance
