Job Title: Sales Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our travel company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages, products, and services to clients.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, a deep knowledge of the travel industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sell travel packages, products, and services to clients
  • Respond to inquiries from clients regarding travel products and services
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and customize travel itineraries
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the travel industry
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
  • Up to 5 years of experience in sales in the travel industry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a deep knowledge of the travel industry
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales software
