Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for experienced Sales and Marketing Executives who will be responsible for developing and driving the company’s marketing strategies to achieve set targets for the sales of off-plan and finished properties.

Responsibilities

• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects.
• Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven sales/marketing experience.
• Exceptional customer service, negotiation and networking skills.
• Self driven and highly motivated.
• Dressed Well.
• Experience as a sales and marketing person in a real estate construction firm is an added advantage.
