Job Title: T24 Developer

Location: Nigeria

Description 

• Reporting to the Head, the Applications & Integration Team; the ideal candidate will drive the development of technical specifications and plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test and implement new software programs.
• Act as 13 applications support, build and develop Merchant Management Platform integrations
• Ensure that all services are implemented and that they operate correctly and also ensure that all the relevant monitoring tools are deployed.
• Responsible for service improvement deliverable to address systems SLA shortcomings.
• Respond to escalations from business, customer-care, merchants and other stakeholders
• Prerequisite analysis and requirements gathering.
• Translate requirements into technical design with documentation Planning of the implementation of projects.

General Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic or other related discipline.
• Any relevant professional certification in the Information Technology field will be an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development, including leading a team and a project work stream.
• Experience in integrating third-party applications or building applications for T24 core banking systems.
• Experience in development of technical specifications and plans.
