Job Title: Baker

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Preparing and measuring ingredients, such as flour, yeast, sugar, and butter.
• Mixing and kneading dough to the correct consistency.
• Shaping and molding dough into various forms, such as loaves, rolls, and pastries.
• Baking products in ovens and other baking equipment.
• Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure that products are cooked to the correct specifications.
• Decorating and finishing baked products with icing, glaze, or toppings.
• Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and work areas.
• Keeping accurate records of inventory and production.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage.
