Job Title: Order Entry Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Receiving and reviewing customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Entering customer orders into the company's system and ensuring that all data is entered accurately.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure that orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and other order-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of orders, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and customer information.
• Communicating with customers to verify order details and address any discrepancies or issues.
• Resolving any order-related problems, such as cancellations or changes, in a timely and professional manner.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Proximmity to Lekki is an added advantage.
