Job Description
- The successful candidates will oversee the administration and business functions of the radio station.
- He/She would supervise the on air, Programming and engineering function as well.
- He/She would be accountable to station owners and senior management and strive to maintain the work environment, personally and financial viability of the business.
Skills and Competencies
- A minimum of a Masters degree in either Business Administration (MBA) or the Social Sciences from a reputable institution.
- Must have proven Business Management and track record in a media sales environment experience of not less than 5 years.
- Must possess sound organizational, administrative and management skills as well as good negotiation skills.
- A certificate in Mass communication would be an added advantage.
