Through a two-year Fellowship, this NGO recruits Nigeria’s best and brightest graduates and young professionals of all academic disciplines to teach as full time teachers (Fellows) in under served schools in disadvantaged communities.

Job Title: Program Director

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO in providing technical oversight to all programmatic teams and operational support to the country placement sites.
• As part of the senior leadership team, the Program Director also plays an active role in planning, designing, implementation, supervision, expansion/development and administration of overall brand collaborations.

Qualifications
Education:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
• Relevant M.Sc / MBA (Added advantage)
• Relevant professional certification / membership (Added advantage).

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in design, management and evaluation of education projects.
• Previous experience in development context as a Program Director.
