Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Relationship Management Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and values
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods to source and attract high-quality candidates, including job postings, social media, employee referrals, and other networking channels
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing employees, candidates, and external partners to promote the organization and its values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of various projects.
  • Develop and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Manage HRIS system, and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and trends, and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and relationship management
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and management.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to interact with candidates, employees, and stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire top talent and manage employee retention and engagement.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent
  • Experience with HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
