Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

About You

• We are looking for a smart and creative Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Creative Department to help achieve our company objectives.
• You will be saddled with the responsibility of scaling our market presence by speaking to our Members and those who are yet to become Members 
• This role reports directly into the Head Of Lending and there is opportunity for significant growth into the various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing a team
• Oversee Prospa’s online brand marketing campaigns on all digital channels
• Oversee offline brand marketing approaches such as design marketing and hardcopy promotional materials
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Lead ideation through execution for all brand marketing initiatives
• Drive sales and rapid growth through brand elevating marketing initiatives
• Manage Prospa’s brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize equity
• Be responsible for the creation and commercials of Prospa and the sales team’s initiatives through media planning, creative development, metrics, market research and vendor management to boost brand awareness
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Be involved in and collaborate on initiatives related to Prospa’s Business
• Development, PR and Corporate Social Responsibility
• Manage and integrate the public relations process into all program activities in ensuring relevant brand promotion that will lead to the achievement of maximum ROI.
• Be responsible for the creation of diverse forms of marketing - interactive marketing, direct, marketing campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, press releases and executive presentations
• Develop execution plans for thought leadership initiatives, where a wide range of content is needed to build awareness and credibility for Prospa and its brand in the market, simultaneously establishing the organization as a thought leader in the market
• Ensure all branding programs are aligned with the overall business objectives and that they are optimized and relevant to multiple audiences
• Prepare reports on campaign performance to key stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc HND in any field
• 5-6 years hands on work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in MFI or MFB
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer service experience
