Job Title: Senior System and Network Administrator Manager
Location: Nigeria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Physics or any Engineering with Technical training and certification or equivalent.
- +7 years of experience in support, network and servers administration.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory 2008 / 2012, group policies, certificate authority and federation services.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007u / 2010, mail routing and spam filtering mailbox management, backup and recovery.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, IIS and web services
- Experience with V<ware / Hyper-V is an asset.
- Experience with scripting language.
- Experience with Sharepoint is an advantage
- Experience with storage management (SAN/NAS) is an asset.
- Experience with IP based networks, communication protocols, firewalls and packet routing, LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN, NAC.
- Experience with Cisco switches and routers 3560 and above models.
- Knowledge of access control and security concepts
- Knowledge of backups, high availability and disaster recovery of (AD, Exchange, Databases).
- VCP / MCSE / A+ / CCNA /etc. Certifications are an assets
- ITIL knowledge and experience is an asset.
- Good understanding of IT business practices and process.
- Independent self-starter with little or no supervision.
- Takes a logical approach to analyzing problems. Systematically researches information. Explore alternatives and implements actions plans to resolves problems.
- Proactive in acquiring information to development new skills to improve job performance. Graps new materials quickly and easily, and applies new information concepts and procedures in a constructive manner.
- Will have a high degree of integrity and a high sense of personal and professional ethnics
- Ability to engender confidence of management and exercise good judgement handling sensitive information.
- Ability to management multiple tasks, organise priorities and meet deadlines Detailed attention to quality of deliverables
