Job Description

• This important position will have responsibilities for the profitable management of the technical training, recruitment, and outsourcing business in the Otta center of the business, leveraging on the proximal location of Agbara, the Shagamu, and Ibadan experiencing industrial estate axis.

Job Requirements

• The successful candidate will therefore be a Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or the Engineering Sciences, with extensive experience in managing an engineering/ technical training institution or in a technical sales function.
• 8 years work experience.
• He or she will be a result-oriented person, with a clear understanding of the imperatives of meeting sales and revenue targets, in a performance-driven environment.
• He or she will coordinate the marketing and sales as well as the technical training teams.
• Through effective leadership and management skills.
• Suitable candidates for the position will be required to have the skills and competencies specified for the above position, but with not less than eight years of experience in business development, ideally, in a technical sales or learning environment.
