Job Description

• We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Provide information and support to visitors and staff
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Fresh/Serving NYSC Corp Member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good customer service skills
• Preferably Female.
