Job Title: Head of Project Management

Location: Lagos

Job Objective / Summary

• To plan, coordinate and oversee all business projects within the bank, from the initial ideation through to completion and deliver on the mandate with cost effectiveness for peak business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordination of all Project engagements, implementation, documentation and follow through from start to finish.
• Follow up on all project committees of stakeholders, contracts and service agreements, and ensure all business processes are dotted and executed.
• Ensure resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation.
• Design a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver on all projects.
• Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work-streams and activities.
• Tracking and monitoring project and providing monthly reports on project status to project teams and key stakeholders.
• Proffer solutions for adjustment of any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Mentor and train project managers.
• Maintain good relationship with key project owners and all stakeholders.
• Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT related courses, Business Management or related fields.
• Certification in Project Management is required.
• Proven experience in project management in a reputable organization is required.
