Job Title: Weekend Customer Care Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

• We are in need of an experience female customer service officer who will be shadowed with the responsibility of handling and managing the weekend booking and schedules.
• Weekend Customer advisor will report to work on Friday by 12pm, 8:00am Saturday, 12 pm on Sunday and come to hand over on Monday morning.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties;

• Receives booking from head customer service advisor.
• Handling calls
• Billings of clients
• Taking proper records 
• Filling of all notes and ensuring the drivers sign for Money received and Fuel purchased.
• Transferring all bookings to a note book and handing it over to the operations/ marketing manager.
