• Our client is seeking a Creative Director that will lead a team of creative professionals in the marketing industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads the creative process for marketing campaigns
• Develops and executes creative strategies that align with business goals
• Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Oversees the development of visual and written content for various channels
• Manages and mentors creative staff, such as designers and copywriters
• Reviews and approves all creative output to ensure quality and accuracy
• Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and innovative marketing strategies
• Works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
• Provides clear and effective communication to all stakeholders involved in the creative process.

Job Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field like Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
• This will give you a solid foundation of knowledge about the industry and its practices.
• Secondly, you need experience in design, art, copywriting, or other creative fields.
• This can come from internships, entry-level jobs, or freelance work.
• The more experience you have, the better your chances of getting hired as a Creative Director.​
