Responsibilities
- Develop organizational structure
- Develop Job Description for all staff
- Review employee records and develop an accurate database
- Oversee recruitment of medica land admin staff for the operational period
- Develop HR policies
- Recruitment and confirmation policy
- Training & development policy
- Leave policy
- Bullying & harassment policy
- Company property management policy
- Travel policy
- Health & safety policy
- Employee welfare policy
- Exit management policy
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop performance management framework/policy
- Develop grading structure.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND
- 10 years of experience in HR
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Relevant academic diploma in Human Resources management.
Remuneration
N400,000 (Gross) Monthly.
