Job Description
- Writes and publishes social media content on a job portal.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirement
- Must possess a minimum HND or B.Sc in Public Relations, Journalism, Media, Marketing, Business, English or an IT related field, or have a reasonable amount of experience in lieu of that education.
- Working experience preferred but not a prerequisite
- Engage actively in company's product which includes field marketing
- Experience developing social media strategic plans preferred.
- Experience implementing social media marketing strategies.
- Experience working with social media platforms with a focus on building brand awareness and online followings, creating demand for products/services and optimizing brand reputation through continuous communication to desired networks via social outlets including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and others, and blogging.
- Proficiency with Hubspot, HootSuite, Google Analytics, TweetMyJobs preferred.
- Experience in B-to-B and B-to-C social marketing environments preferred.
- Experience in sales- and recruitment-focused social marketing preferred.
- Must possess familiarity with social marketing metrics and key performance indicators.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Must possess ability to provide clear, concise communication to internal and external partners/stakeholders.
- Must possess strong writing/editing skills with good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Must possess communications and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess the ability to develop effective presentations.
- Must possess demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in highly visible projects.
- Must possess excellent work ethic and time management skills; must be a highly motivated and highly organized independent thinker and worker.
- Excellent social marketing planning and analysis skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Strong creativity, imagination, enthusiasm and customer-service focus are desired.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm expected.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
