Job Brief

• We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative, who can develop some of our Social Media content and is also vast in inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call-handling quotas
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Job Requirements

• Higher National Diploma holder.
• Must have experience in Sales and Social Media content/strategy or in a similar role.
• Must have the ability to create catchy content.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
• Familiar with product photography
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Great customerservice skills
• Excellent communication skills
