Sandy Management Consultants Limited is an outsourcing firm that specialises in providing HR support to its clients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Officer

Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

• Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity.
• Preparing payroll schedules for the monthly payroll run
• Capturing approved annual and sick leave, HMO policy numbers and Pension PINs.
• Confirm that legally-mandated and optional deductions have been captured correctly during the payroll run.
• Preparing and advising the payroll officers of Account Switch forms, and validated employee claims.
• Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that employees are compensated and notified on time.
• Addressing queries about payroll-related issues.
• Investigating and reworking failed transactions and assisting in all post-payroll activities.
• Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.

 Requirements

• HND / BSc
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Excellent data entry, data cleaning, and strong numeric skills
• Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
• Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
• Strong sense of integrity.
