Job Title: RPA Developer

About the Job

• You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business process automation solutions within the organization.
• You will work closely with the process owners and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and design efficiently.
• Success in this position requires strong technical skills in RPA development, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent graphics design skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and test RPA solutions using RPA tools adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with process owners to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation using RPA.
• Participate in the entire RPA development lifecycle, including process documentation, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions in production, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other stakeholders on RPA development best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and trends, and continuously improve RPA development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using RPA tools
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of process automation concepts and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with process documentation and solution design using RPA tools.
