Job Description
- Overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance to Organizational goals.
- Ensures the organization's message is distributed across channels to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives.
- Develops pricing strategy.
- Sales management.
- Market research.
- Product marketing and development.
- New business development.
- Customer service relations
- Advertising and public relations.
- Distribution channel management.
Minimum Qualification
- B.Sc, MBA is an advantage
- CMMP/CMP certified
Experience:
- 10 years (3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership role.)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines such as production, information technology, legal and finance.
- Good Knowledge of fashion and marketing principles, brand, Product and service management.
- Superb analytical and creative skills.
- Deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
- Social Media, Mobile platforms.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
