Job Brief

• We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
• The individual must be hands-on and will be required to stay knowledgeable about the company’s products while working collaboratively with the management and marketing team to meet agreed targets.

Job Duties

• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of HND with 2-4 years experience.
• Proven sales experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
