• As a digital marketing and branding agency, we focus on improving our clients digital traction by creating quality content on social media, blogs, websites and ads. Working with us, you'll be writing for different audiences based on the client niche. As a our content developer, you'll be working with the rest of the team to create noteworthy content for our various clients.

Job Overview

• We seek an experienced and creative senior content writer/editor to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content that aligns with our client's brand guidelines and business objectives while also managing a team of content writers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and leads across multiple channels, including website, emails, social media, and blogs.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for content development and optimization.
• Edit and proofread content produced by other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging
• Manage a team of content writers, providing feedback, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Analyze web traffic metrics and user behaviour to optimize content performance and suggest solutions for enhancing web presence.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing and editing preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and high-quality content that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Experience in managing a team of content writers and editors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
Starting from N‎100,000 monthly
