We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Will be responsible for:

• Talking to potential customers on the phone and selling products
• Tracking customer contact lists
• Explaining the benefits or advantages of our services,
• Obtaining payment information if necessary.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Pharmacology is a must
• 1-2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proficient in English, skillful in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
