Job Title: Mid-Level Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing day-to-day routines in the supermarket.
• Assigning and supervising specific work tasks
• Making sure that processes and procedures are in compliance with the overall organization’s guidelines
• Inspiring and encouraging employees to perform their best
• Coming up with ideas to improve productivity.
• Interpreting the strategy of top-level management and translating it into everyday policies
• Reporting issues and performance up the chain to top-level management.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Managerial field.
• 1 - 3 years Work experience as a Manager.
• Good Communication skill.
• Computer Proficiency.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
