Qualifications & Specification

• B.Ed. in Counselling, Psychology or related discipline.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict- resolution skills.
• Motivational leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Remarkable professionalism and solid work ethic.
• Confident interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Perceptive intuition and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with young people Awareness and understanding of mental health issues and problems.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with young people.
