Qualifications & Specification

• Must be a Graduate and must possess a teaching qualification.
• Must be able to enthuse and inspire young children.
• Must possess good organisational skills to plan the day and respond to the different needs of the children.
• Must be able to draw and maintain the children's attention and keep things in perspective.
• Must have the ability to interact with pupils, parents and teaching professionals.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of child protection requirements.
• Capability in delivering dynamic and exciting lessons.
• Highly committed to achieving the highest possible standards for young children.
• Sound interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team Energetic, reliable, resourceful, patient, self-motivated and have a caring nature.
• Confident interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A strong commitment to the health and wellbeing of students.
