We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Locations: Ogba and Ikeja - Lagos

Responsibilities
Production declaration:

• Declares production in a timely manner based on information provided from operations

Material consumption:

• Reviews backflushing error report (COGI) daily and solves errors in report (in collaboration with planning / operations / finance)
• Does frequent material stock counts at shop floor and adjusts system stocks to match actual stocks
• Reviews & analyses count differences and shares outcomes with Mill planning and operations to drive data & BOM accuracy

Material Supply to Operations:

• Does Supply of all R&PM on time with Zero delay to assets.
• Does SAP Postings & Reconciliation of all materials supply to the assets.

IRA:

• Conducts daily and weekly Cyclic counts
• Participates in monthly Wall to wall counts
• On time Reconciliation of all gaps identified.

Material Returns:

• Returns materials back to the warehouse in the right standard and post on SAP immediately

EHS:

• Performs daily PCS observations using the right Checklist and provide feedbacks accordingly.
• Participates in all Mill Related EHS activities and close assigned actions within stipulated time frame.

Requirements

• OND / BSc / HND in either Commercial, Social Science, or Engineering Field.
• Experience in Warehousing / Materials handling & management
• Computer skills (Excel, Word etc essential)
• Basic SAP knowledge.

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 depending on candidate's experience.
