Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager with about 5 - 7 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products, with at least 2 - 3 years in a leadership role and experience working in cross-functional teams, collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

As a SPM you are also required to have experience around;

• Product Strategy.
• Product Roadmap.
• Requirements Gathering.
• Competitive Analysis.
• Release Management.
• User Experience for the product.

Metrics and Analytics:

• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
