Job Title: Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in accounting and financial treatments
- Manage team to perform payables on time
- Funds planning on a daily basis and execute payments by performing due diligence on payment documents
- Knowledge on VAT and WHT laws application
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Manage all Bank reconciliations on weekly basis for multiple bank accounts
- Cross functional liaison for meeting objectives
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain banking security and approval limits
- Assist with other accounting projects.
- Highly efficient in MS Excel
- ERP proficiency needed
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements the candidate should meet:
- Education: ICAN (Individuals who have graduated between 2015 to 2017
- Experience: Post ICAN experience of 5 to 7 years
- Age: should not be more than 35 years
Salary
N400,000 - N800,000 monthly.
