We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Asaba, Delta

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and create comprehensive marketing strategies that aligns with the overall business objectives and goals.
• Collect data on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to created informed marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Manage relationship with customers and source for new prospects
• Create, design and produce promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Manage the marketing initiatives in a cost-effective and efficient manner
• Analyze and Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments to improve results.
• Lead and supervise a team of marketers, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists.
• Create and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with customers and distinguishes the company from competitors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and stay current with new marketing technologies and techniques.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Marketing or any related field
• Previous experience in medical marketing is an added advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Adept in MS Office environments; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to act independently, yet work as a part of a team.
