Job Title: Telecom Sales Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Telecom Sales Officer, selling telecom goods and services to potential customers is your primary responsibility in terms of generating revenue.
  • You will be in charge of determining the needs of the customer, advertising telecom services, settling sales agreements, and managing customer accounts.
  • Your major objective will be to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business leads
  • Promoting telecom products and services to customers through effective sales techniques
  • Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring profitable deals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborating with Client marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of telecom products and services, as well as industry trends
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting sales targets and achieving performance objectives
  • Preparing reports on sales activities and progress toward targets
  • Attending training sessions and keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful 1-3 years sales experience in the telecom industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Remuneration
N120,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
