Job Description

• The Growth Manager is responsible for strategically positioning the brand at the intersection of marketing and product development.
• This role focuses primarily on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
• The Growth Manager is tasked with defining the company's growth plan, coordinating, and executing growth programs, and optimizing the revenue funnel to ensure sustained business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Solidify our brand identity and become the gatekeeper of our brand to ensure consistency across all brand-related touchpoints.
• Work directly with the Creative Director to define, prioritize, and pursue new partnership opportunities.
• Establish and execute frameworks to monitor growth.
• Identify new growth opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and data analysis.
• Work with different departments to identify growth opportunities throughout the company.
• Develop market-level strategies to support new market entry, expansion, and business model design.
• Ensure sales targets are met on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop business proposals, apply for capital, write reports, and articles for the company.
• Perform any other task as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Mass Communication, Advertising or any related field
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

• Broad knowledge of marketing specific to the fashion industry.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to move fast in a dynamic industry like fashion.
• Holistic business knowledge, especially in the context of fashion
• Friendly and pleasant personality.
• Highly organized and detailed.
• An excellent leader and team player.
• Ability to deal with failure and learn from it.
