Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Duties
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning for the organization
- Provide support in HR-related queries from both managers and employees.
- Monitoring employee performance
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
- Active involvement in the recruitment and hiring process.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 1 - 2 years post NYSC experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proactive nature.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to details.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
Salary
N120,000 Monthly NET.
