Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to hire a young, driven, and customer-savvy professional for the role of Marketing & Community Manager to coordinate the company’s inventory and oversee the ordering, processing, and distributing processes of the company’s products.
• He/She will also be responsible for building ongoing relationships with the company’s customers and partners.

Job Description

• Create monthly social media schedules/calendars.
• Social media engagement and management.
• Creating visual, audio, and video content.
• Making good videos of products, live scenes of operations, and behind-the-scenes.
• Taking pictures of products and business activities.
• Continuously generate and create strategic marketing ideas, plan and execute for the business.
• Use optimization tools and marketing approaches to attract customers to our social media platforms.
• Create posters/banners with basic graphic design tools like Canva.
• Create and edit video content for corporate use.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Must reside within Lagos Island and its environs i.e. Lagos Island, Yaba, Mushin, Ijora, Surulere, Ebute-Metta, etc.
• Proven work experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations Management, or similar roles.
• Must be courteous, polite, and respectful.
• Basic photo & video editing skills.
• Must be persuasive and able to close sales with prospective customers.
• Must have a good command of the English language (speaking and writing.
• Must be very familiar with the use of instant messaging/social media platforms; Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and website.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 monthly
