Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years experience In the role.
- Candidate must be able to maintain human resource staff by recruiting,selecting, orientating and training employees.
- Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
following up on wok result;
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing filing and retrieval systems.
- Keeping past record and current records.
- Monitoring all internal processes
