Job Title: Head of Department - Enterprise Risk Management
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, promulgate and monitor the implementation of risk management policies and processes.
- Facilitate the internalisation of ask management throughout the company and ensure that all staff adhere to agreed policies and strategies.
- Ensure the quality of all forms of reporting
- Ensure the institution’s adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- A good bachelor’s degree
- ICAN qualification
- Other relevant educational and or professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of the Insurance industry & regulatory guidelines
- Experience in Audit
- Excellent analysis, monitoring skills & resolution skills
- A minimum of 5 years Supervisory/Team Lead experience in a similar role in a reputable organisation
- Must be familiar with Premier 10 software.
