Job Title: Proposal Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and prepare responses to pre-qualification invitations
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Co-ordinate and prepare response to tender invitations
• Responsible for Material/Services price sourcing
• Responsible for post bid/tender evaluations
• File all bids and tenders documents
• Analyze RFT & RFQs to determine company’s capability, competence as well as Management’s interest.
• Prepare Pre-calculation and approval sheet for finance department before its sent to the client
• Register all enquiries in the Bid Register with unique numbers
• Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month
• Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory
• Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure growth

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Minimum of 6 years’ cognate experience. Familiarity with ICT industry will be an added advantage
• Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Membership preferable
• Good understanding of tender process management and requirements
• Topnotch negotiation skill.
