We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive Intern

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Job Summary

  • We are hiring a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to manage customer request and complaints ensuring they receive stress-free services/support and all their needs are met timely.
  • To be successful in this role, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient.
  • You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
  • Ability to meet set targets and performance standards.
  • Clear and respectful communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, follow up on customer order and send report.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Update database and give report.
  • Work with sales team by following up appointments with customers.
  • Update customers’ records.
  • Escalate customers’ complaints to appropriate team.
  • Meeting deadlines.
  • Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
  • 0-2 years of proven customer service executive.
  • Advanced computer literacy especially with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social media, Email marketing tools, and Database.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Furniture knowledge is an added advantage.
