Job Description

• Operates and Monitor power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems           

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Turbine and Boiler, during shift duties
• Coordinate Physical inspection /condition monitoring of equipment in the turbine and boiler sections of the plant
• Oversee minor adjustments/repairs as required
• Plan resource requirements during shift duties –manpower and operations materials
• Unit manpower utilization and allocation during shift duties
• Coordination with other team leads for ensuring efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Engineering from an accredited/ reputable university
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in a power plant with at least 3 years in position of Supervisor with at least 200MW plant.
