Job Title: Research Analyst

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities 

• Develop, implement, and lead strategic office research plan that aligns with the firm’s business objectives.
• Serve as the market “expert” with extensive detailed knowledge of the real estate market
• Proactively leverage on knowledge from research for products, client projects, and business development.
• Responsible for managing the production of all research reports and collateral, expanding and improving the research platform, program, and output.
• Positively represent the organization by building strong relationships with internal and external clients, including being personally client-facing and externally focused on new business efforts.
• Maintain statistics and analysis for the company’s market.
• Responsible for writing, editing, and organizing office research reports.
• Attend to requests for information and data from external and internal clients.
• Present compelling trends and analyses to internal teams and clients on a regularly basis.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Real Estate, or in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a REAL ESTATE firm is advantageous.
• Data collection, validation, and auditing skills.
• The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
• Familiarity with database software and Excel.
