Job Title: In-Store Sales Representative
Location: Alhaji Masha, Surulere - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties / Description
- Ensuring the store is always on target to achieve the set financial targets
- Monitor sales in the store.
- Maximize sales, traffic flow, and customer engagement
- Manage the sales floor with agility, and Assist customer during sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Handle all complaints and ensure total customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper execution of store opening and closing procedures
- Accurately process all POS transactions, capture of customer information, and inventory functions such as receiving of inventory, transfers, repairs, damages, etc. to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
Skills / Qualifications
- OND in any related field
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a retail/commercial environment
- Standard knowledge of ERPs
- Good commercial awareness
- Preferably Female for gender balance
- Age: 20-30 years.
Remuneration
N40,000 Monthly.
