We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Leisure and Hospitality Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and direct the affairs of the Company’s Leisure Beach and Hotel.
• Deliver on world-class experience, activities, and events to the patrons of these leisure offerings.
• Manage the day-to-day grind of running businesses in a difficult clime including People management, vendor (onsite businesses) management, contractor management, development participation and the likes.
• Standardization of excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• University and Advanced Degrees in Hospitality or Leisure-related Degrees will be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in a multinational leisure, hospitality or a service delivery organization
• Out of Country experience either through education or employment
• Experience in leading a large team.
