Job Title: Admin Assistant

Description
- The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a customer-centric professional.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage confidential information and documents
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar course.
- 1-2 years’ Previous experience in secretarial duties, customer service representative, Executive assistant, or relevant field
- Must reside in Magodo or close Environs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Must be available to resume immediately.
Salary Range
N60,000 monthly.
