Our portfolio of services includes CCTV, Access Control, perimeter security and automation solutions, power solutions (inverters, solar panels, batteries), consulting, and maintenance services.

Job Title: Operation Manager

Job Description

• An experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the resources, personnel, and processes required to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of E&E Integrated Solutions, including managing personnel, resources, and processes to ensure that the company's goals are met
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity and efficiency. Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, ensuring that they are meeting performance targets and providing exceptional service to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, business partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure we have access to the necessary resources.
• Coordinate the closure of new business by ensuring that the client’s requirements are understood, and the quotations are sent out on time.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed according to customer requirements, on time, and within budget.
• Send daily operational reports to the management. Identify and manage operational risks to minimize their impact on the company.

Requirements

• A Degree in any Technical field, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as an operations or project supervisor or in a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication (writing and speaking), interpersonal and technical skills.
• Experience working with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
• Experience managing budgets and allocating resources.
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn

Expected Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
